Includes:

  • Travel to your home

  • Evaluation by our physician

  • All point of care testing required

  • all medications administered

  • all procedures performed (EKG, suturing, catheter placement, IV’s, etc)

  • Follow-up coordination with your primary care physician or required specialist

    *additional fees may be incurred if outside services are required such as x-ray or bloodwork that needs to be sent to a reference lab. These additional services are usually covered by your insurance (based on the terms of your coverage)
